Weenie DOM

Highlights

This is a weenie bleed deck using the d discipline. The idea is to get as many low capacity vampires out as fast as possible, and bleed the preys one after the other as fast as possible.

Govern the Unaligned combined with Conditioning, Seduction, and Command of the Beast make for hard to block dreadful bleeds for 7.

As the game progresses, some d bounces can be used to add to the damages if the predator becomes aggressive.

The Master module uses Dominate to enhance the vampires, but also The Parthenon and Ashur Tablets for a bit of recursion. Jake Washington, Life in the City and Giant's Blood are used to bring back some blood on the vampires.

The combat modules uses only Absorb the Mind for defence. It is a bit weak, but d has nothing better to offer.

Tips & Tricks

Well-timed Misdirection and Pentex™ Subversion can help for the lunge.

Variants

The Agent of Power variant cuts the Ashur Tablets and uses Agent of Power to let more vampires use superior D, like in Manoel Pinheiro's deck from 2014.

The Aim & Chain variant uses Target Vitals and Zip Gun with a bit of f prevention for the combat module, as in Vincent Ripoll's deck from the 2009 EC Day 1.

Errata

Pentex™ Subversion has been modified by an errata in September 2019. It does not prevent a vampire to act anymore, so it is less powerful but its ability to disable a strong blocker is still an important aspect. It might have its place here.

Anthelios, The Red Star has been banned in 2016. Its removal may have a bit of impact on the Master module.

Ashur Tablets has been modified by an errata in February 2024. Only one can be played per turn now, so less copies should be included, and the deck is markedly less powerful.
